The murder of Pjerin Xhuvan in Elbasan, the trial session for Arbë Paplekaj

It seems like an endless process for Arbë Paplekaj, accused of murdering Pjerin Xhuvan. This is because even today, when there should have been a decision, the session has been postponed to December 22 at 09:00.

The postponement was due to the fact that the court requires more time for the request of the lawyers, which is the division of court proceedings for the defendants, as well as the request for a shortened trial against them, with the exception of Arbër Paplekajn.

Therefore, Arbër Paplekaj is accused of "intentional murder under qualifying circumstances". According to the Criminal Code, Papleka risks from 20 years in prison to life in prison. Meanwhile, the two deputy police directors Nikollaq Palla, Albert Nushin and 6 policemen of the 'Eagle' forces are accused of abuse of office.

Pjerin Xhuvani was killed in Elbasan after being shot by Arbër Paplekaj, the companion of the leader of the list of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi.
