An Albanian fugitive, wanted for the past 5 years, has been placed in police custody, as he was considered the leading member of a band of thieves operating in Mykonos.
According to the information provided by the Greek media , the leader of the group escaped in 2018 with 9 other prisoners. The escaped young man, with three of his compatriots, from July 16 to 22 entered 5 villas on the island of the winds.
In their latest theft in a luxury villa in the Kalafati area, in addition to money and jewelry, they also took a pair of wireless headphones, which they "betrayed".
This is because their American owner, through a mobile application, has discovered their tracks. Thus, a group of police officers located the 4 Albanian thieves and then put them in handcuffs.
