Socialist Party MP Plarent Ndreca has reacted regarding the investigations into the procurement competition for the reconstruction of police stations, claiming that no violations were found.
He said that neither the Supreme State Audit Office (SSA) nor any other institution has reported any violations in the procurement procedure. Ndreca also mentioned the decision of the Administrative Court, which confirmed that the assessment of the procedure is correct and fair.
Ndreca added that the case was dismissed, as procedural violations were found by the Prosecution, and that the procurement procedure did not affect the spending of state budget funds.
"No violations have been found regarding the competition. I do not believe that anyone is involved. Neither the Supreme Audit Office, nor any institution has seen any violations in the procurement procedure for the reconstruction of the police stations."
"The Administrative Court has said that the assessment is correct and fair. We have requested the dismissal of the case, we have found procedural violations by the Prosecutor's Office. The procedure has not spent any money from the state budget," he said.
