Bad weather, two planes unable to land at Rinas

A plane on the Paris-Tirana route and another on the Warsaw-Tirana route have come around in the air, unable to land at "Mother Teresa" airport.

This is as a result of the bad weather with wind storms and heavy rain that has been affecting our country for several minutes.

Meanwhile, the terminals in Rinas are overflowing with passengers waiting to depart for EU countries and beyond.

It is also reported that due to the storm, there are delays on dozens of itineraries, but on many others, flights have been postponed by several hours or canceled.

Initially, the rains started in Tirana, then in Durrës, where most of the city was submerged under water, and finally in Vlora.

According to meteorological services, the bad weather is expected to last until tomorrow.

Citizens have been advised to avoid unnecessary movements to avoid danger.
