Fire in the village of Vajzë

An active fire was recorded this Saturday morning in the village of Vajzë in the municipality of Selenica.

The fire is a short distance from the homes, making the risk to them constant.

Due to weather conditions, the flames are spreading, making it impossible to extinguish them, also because the municipality of Selenica only has two fire engines, unable to cope with such situations.

Assistance and support has been requested from the Vlora fire department to deal with the situation.

It is suspected that we are again dealing with deliberate arson.
