Ferhat Kaja, the owner of the "Stockholm" coffee bar chain, had been wanted since July 21 of this year, when the police declared him a suspect for the rape of the owner of the "Tokyo" bar, another bar in Tirana, at the height of the government's campaign to free up public spaces.

This Friday, police handcuffed Ferhat Kaja in the "Paris Commune" area of ​​Tirana.

During the physical search, the 31-year-old owner of "Stockholm" was found with a quantity of combat ammunition, which the police said they seized.

He was in the car of another fugitive from justice. At the wheel was the wanted man for attempted murder, Kid Kazazi, former chairman of the Democratic Party Youth Forum in the city of Kavaja. 3 months ago, the Durrës Court had sentenced him in absentia to prison for the criminal offenses of murder in qualifying circumstances, attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons.

It is learned that Kazazi was detained 3 days ago for verification, when he presented the officers with an Italian card with the name Keyan Rama and a driver's license with the same identity. The officers suspected that these means of identification could be forged, as they actually turned out at the end of the investigation, and placed him under surveillance until they arrested him this Friday, along with his escape companion.

The assassination for which Kid Kazazi is accused took place on May 30 of this year, in Fllakë, Durrës.

From his vehicle, he fired a gun at a moving car and injured 36-year-old Arbër Goreja. Fortunately, two minors who were in the car escaped. The cause was suspected to be revenge, after Kazazi did not forgive Arbër Goreja for punching his elderly father in the face.

Meanwhile, the friend who was arrested with him in Tirana, Ferhat Kaja, was wanted along with his brother, partners in the "Stockholm" bar, for violence with fists and hard objects against Laert Kasaj, the owner of the "Tokyo" bar-restaurant, whom they accused of spying on the prime minister for the occupied public space.

Today, both "Stockholm" and "Tokyo" bars had their external structures demolished by IMT without permission.
