The second national protest of the Democratic Party held this Saturday in front of the Prime Minister's Office was marked by tensions and clashes with the police.
Immediately after the speech of the Democratic Party leader, protesters lit flares and fireworks in front of the Prime Minister's Office building.
They also threw Molotov cocktails at the part of the Council of Ministers building where government meetings are held. This forced the fire brigade to intervene to put out the flames.
The police also used tear gas against the protesters, who after this moment moved from the Prime Minister's Office towards the Albanian Parliament building.
Berisha immediately left by car towards the DP headquarters.
Meanwhile, according to initial information from the Blues, three protesters have been escorted so far in connection with the tensions caused at the Prime Minister's Office.
Likewise, as a result of these tensions, several blue uniformed employees were slightly injured and are receiving first aid.
