The Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK), in a press release, gave details of the closure of the investigations for the Metamorfoza 1 file, where it sent 7 people to trial, including businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, Behar Bajri, former prosecutor Xhevahir Lita, or the former head of operational Oltion Bistri.

At the end of the announcement, SPAK says that it has separated the file for other persons who are suspected of being implicated, for whom the security measure has not yet been executed.

"Meanwhile, for the other persons under investigation, accomplices in the commission of the above criminal offenses, for whom the security measures approved by the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime have not yet been executed, for other facts criminal, as well as for other persons involved in criminal activities, which have resulted during the investigative actions carried out in this criminal proceeding, the separation of the criminal case has been decided and they are still in the phase of preliminary investigations", announced SPAK.

This list also includes the former gambling boss, who has been missing for nearly two years. The most wanted by the police appears in conversations with Behar Bajri, whom he asks to kill Gjin Ndoji.

To find Martinaj, the Police has undertaken dozens of operations, but so far they have not reached any official conclusion regarding his fate.
