A serious incident happened this Saturday on the beach of Jala. BW writes that a dinghy entered among the beachgoers, hitting three people who were bathing in the sea.

Below you can see pictures from the scene, where the beachgoers are seen in panic, while it is reported that one of the injured is in a serious state of health.

Police announcement:

Today, around 11:20, on the beach of Jala, citizen Gj. P., 37 years old, driving a boat type (dinghy), allegedly lost control going ashore, where as a result he injured citizens AS, 31 years old and E. GJ., 25 years old, who were transported to hospital, out of danger to life.

The driver of the boat was escorted to the Himar Police Station for further action. The investigative team is at the scene and is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
