An Albanian assassinated a compatriot in Agios Pavlos square, in Metaxourgeio, on Friday evening. It is reported that the incident happened shortly after 22:00. The author approached his target, who was sitting in a cafe, at the intersection of Psara and Crete streets, and they started arguing.
At one point he took out his gun and started shooting at the other Albanian. According to the information, the author shot 3 times in the direction of the 40-year-old. Two bullets hit him in the stomach.
The owner of the bar where the Albanian sought refuge after being shot with a gun, has recounted the terrible moments: "At 10 o'clock, the wounded man came there. At first it was fine and then he started sweating. HE had a wound in his abdomen. We only saw a bullet in the stomach nothing else. First we saw the blood and we understood that he was injured".
He had written that he was on a motorcycle in a bloodied bar, about 500 meters from the place where he was injured. "He told us that he had a hat and black glasses. He came and asked for help," Thanasis said.
