The recount of 437 ballot boxes in Tirana has shown that the two major parties were favored by their counters on May 11th.

For days, the ballot boxes of the Tirana district are being counted for the second time after the request of two members of the KAS.
But what this process is showing is not what the Democrats expected. So far, it turns out that the Democratic Party has been unfairly added 219 votes, while the SP has 193 votes.

To a lesser extent, the First Counting also benefited the Together Movement, which received 10 more votes, the Make Albania Initiative coalition 26 votes, the PSD 23 votes, and the Opportunity Party 8 votes.

Meanwhile, the counters penalized Lulzim Basha's Party, which lacks 13 votes, and Dashamir Shehi's Right Coalition for Development, which lacks 7 votes.

The recount process will reopen on Monday, as Sunday has been declared a holiday for them.
