The sister of Marjus Musaku, who is accused of the kidnapping of 30-year-old Marsida Dyrmishi, has spoken to "Alhqipëria Live" regarding the story that her brother is accused of. She stated that they were in love and that it is not true that her brother has forcibly kept her at home for nine days.
"They were lovers, it is not true that he held her by force. He told me that he wants one, he has two children, but he is going to separate from his husband and we want to get married".
At the same time, the sister of Marjus Musaku showed that she communicated with her brother continuously while she was with the 30-year-old woman, who had been declared wanted for several days by her husband.
"I communicated during the time he was with Marsida. They had started a cohabitation. I also talked to the girl myself and she told me that I love her".
After the arrest of the 32-year-old, she showed that she released the messages after the young woman's statements and accusations of rape.
"After I received the news, it came as a bombshell. I took out the messages that my brother was talking about from my phone because his own was broken. I decided to publish them because she said that she knew and raped me. No one can catch you at the age of 30 and hold it for up to 9 days".
Marjusi's sister rejected all charges for kidnapping his ex-wife, for which she was sentenced to four years in prison, writes Top Channel.
"Even for the ex-wife, it is not true that Marjusi kidnapped her. They met to clarify about the daughter they had. Then the girl's father made the complaint. It's been a year since he got out of prison, after being sentenced to four years".
She said that this whole story was created so that Marsida Dyrmishi would not be separated from her husband. "In order not to be separated from her husband, she covered him with this story. The brother has no one and I only ask for justice".
