Lawyer Ylli Manjani has highlighted the contradiction of SPAK's request that the meeting of the Council of Mandates for the removal of the immunity of the SP deputy, Arben Ahmetaj, be behind closed doors.

According to Manjani, SPAK gave the opportunity to the former deputy prime minister to leave Albania by releasing the materials of the file to the media. In this way, Manjani considers it ridiculous to hold the meeting behind closed doors. He points out that SPAK pretends to be correct with the law, but according to him, they have destroyed the law in all directions.
