The "Range Rover" type car that was used in the assassination attempt with 3 killed and 1 injured in Shkodër, turns out to be stolen in Durrës. The police were able to discover that it is the same car that was reported several months ago by its owner in the coastal city.

This data, obtained by the investigative group, came out after examining the number left on the chassis of the vehicle that was found completely burnt in the village of Golem in Shkodra, along with two automatic weapons used in the incident.

This information has expanded the investigation of the police and the prosecution of Shkodra, which are carrying out actions to understand if the perpetrators of the theft of the vehicle are related to those of the murder.

The investigators are also continuing the search for this person who appears at the scene near the bodies of the victims Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati.

He is suspected to have been in the car with the victims, but has not yet been identified. The investigative group does not rule out the possibility that he is the much-wanted Ibrahim Lici, Hamza's brother, who was driving the "Benz" type car with Korat license plates that was shot with 30 bullets by the assassins.

The investigative team is awaiting the recovery of footage from security cameras in the area whose DVRs were found to be encrypted.

 Their administration would help the investigators to understand the route of movement of the killers, who are suspected to have been following the victims for several minutes and shot them for 300 meters while walking.

Up to this stage, revenge is the main track of the investigation, for clarifying the event that took the lives of Hamza Lici, Arlind Bushati and passerby Flutura Basha and left the latter's husband injured.
