The police have announced the search for two people in connection with the massacre of October 30 in Dobraç, Shkodra, where three people were killed and another was injured.

Citizens Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani have been declared wanted for the assassination.

Sakica and Troshani are members of the Bajri group and are also suspected of another armed clash that occurred on August 23 in Bushat of Shkodra, where there was an exchange of fire with the brothers Andrea and Aleksandër Prendi.

RENEA forces have started checks since October 30, conducting intensive operations in several areas of the city.

However, research so far has not yet yielded concrete results. During today's day, November 2, investigators have focused on obtaining images from security cameras, expanding the search area to several suburban neighborhoods, including "Kiras" and the bypass of Shkodra.

The investigative team is trying to trace the movements of the Range Rover Sport before the assassination.

The attack took place in the area of ??Dobraç, on the Shkodër-Koplik road, where at 15:50, unidentified persons opened fire on a vehicle with Croatian license plates.

Hamza Lici, the brother of Ibrahim Lici, was executed on the spot, while Arlind Bushati, the son of the former DP candidate for mayor, Xhemal Bushati, died a few hours after the event in Shkodra hospital.

Passerby Flutura Basha, who was riding a motorcycle with her husband, Bashkim Basha, was also killed in the attack. Her husband is in a serious condition in the hospital.

The perpetrators of the assassination are suspected to have approached parallel to the car where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were, opening fire with a barrage of bullets for about 150 meters in motion.

Three assassins are suspected, two in the role of executioner and one in driving the vehicle.

Meanwhile, the investigators are waiting for the results of the scientific analysis of the third weapon that was found in the victim's vehicle, through which it will be determined whether the traces of fingerprints or blood belong to Ibrahim Lici.

The most wanted man is suspected to have been present at the scene according to an amateur video published after the event.

The confirmation of Lici's presence in the vehicle would completely change the direction of the investigation and help identify the main target of this serious assassination.
