The police have handcuffed a 24-year-old man from Kosovo. The latter has fatally collided with a pedestrian.

According to the police, the fatal accident happened on the Milot-Morina road axis.

"Specialists of the Road Safety Unit of the Milot-Morina Highway arrested citizen JS, 24 years old, a resident of Kosovo, for the criminal offense of "violation of traffic rules". This citizen, yesterday afternoon, while driving his vehicle on the "Milot-Morina" highway, in the territory of the municipality of Mirdita, had an accident with the pedestrian PB, 57 years old, a resident of Mirdita, who died as a result of his injuries. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions", says the Police.
