A 41-year-old wanted man was arrested in Tirana for attempted murder and illegal possession of cold weapons.

Mandi Qori was placed in handcuffs on "Three Martyrs" street.

For the 41-year-old, the Court of Tirana had set the security measure of 'Prison' for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized production and possession of cold weapons".

This citizen, on 19.09.2024, in the Yzberishti area, after a conflict for weak motives, hit the citizen Eri Driza several times with a cutting tool (knife), the police informed today.

The operation was codenamed Wanted 3.

The event was recorded in Yzberisht on September 19, 2024, as under the influence of alcohol they fought with each other. First, 18-year-old Eri Driza shot Mandi Qori with his shoulder. Then Qori left for the apartment where he took a knife and shot the young man 8 times.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office.
