Journalist Sokol Bregu has stated that Ragip Gila, the perpetrator of the massacre with two victims and two injured in Shkodra, had committed his first murder and this is noticeable in his disoriented movements to the point of bleeding.

According to Bregu, the search of Lulzim Kulla's apartment confirms the connection to yesterday's murders in Shkodra.

"I think the killer has never killed before. The way he shoots, he doesn't even run away. He opens fire that could endanger all the customers. He has no problem with the target and he opened a lot of fire to catch the target.

Not to defend justice, but we arrest 1100 people every year for drugs and there is no room. When he serves 2/3 of his sentence, he has the right to request parole and since he has not been previously convicted.

"The police have checked Lulzim Kulla and they would not do it in vain. Lulzim Kulla is the man who started the whole saga in January 2018 on the police holiday. This is where the saga with more than 30 victims began ," Bregu said on the show "The Unexposed."

Meanwhile, the Shkodra Police have today announced that they are also looking for the two accomplices in yesterday's massacre in the "Qemal Stafa" neighborhood of this city, where the perpetrator Ragip Gila opened fire and as a result, 2 people lost their lives and 2 others were injured. 

According to police, 39-year-old Barush Bregu (Bajram Bregu) and a 17-year-old have been declared wanted after they are suspected of having provided the weapons.

During a search of the apartment of a citizen living abroad, which the above-mentioned citizens were using as a base for their criminal activities, 7 firearms, 45 detonator caps, combat ammunition, an Audi with stolen license plates, 5 drones, laptops and other equipment were seized.
