The arrest of Safet Bajri

Safet Bajri, known as the strongman of Dobraç, celebrated his 41st birthday in the Reç prison. Although behind bars, there have been no shortage of surprises for the strongman of Shkodra, who is accused of a series of criminal incidents.

A parachute with messages of support sent to Bajri is also seen in the footage.

"Even the highest mountain cannot hide the sky from one born with eagle eyes," the inscription read.

It is not known whether this parachutist flew over the Reç prison, which would constitute a major scandal and a serious breach of the institution's security.
