A large amount of cocaine that had arrived from Latin American countries, seized at the Port of Tivari in Montenegro, has revealed a cocaine laboratory in the village of Frakull i Madh in Fier.
The apartment where the cocaine laboratory was discovered was owned by the former mayor of the municipality of Farkull, Viktor Červanaku. Another person took care of the cocaine that was processed in Červanaku's apartment, since Viktor Červenaku himself lived in Tirana.
Cocaine, which was hidden in 400 kg bags of chemical fertilizer, seized in July 2022, has been kept under surveillance, to find out the destination where it would go.
The operation, which was carried out by the American DEA, in cooperation with SPAK and the Montenegrin police, was kept secret and the bags of chemical fertilizer where cocaine was also hidden were observed, which were taken from the Port of Tivar and sent to the village of Frakull i Madh in Fier.
