After being shared at breakneck speed, Safet Gjic's video caused endless reactions on social networks. Some were disgusted by the sight, others were revolted by what happens in state offices.

There were those who felt sorry for the family trauma that follows such cases, while others were intrigued by the scenes worthy of a red stamp movie.

This video of former mayor Gjici goes back 20 years ago with the story of Stella, a girl who was used by the police and prosecutors who blackmailed businessmen and politicians with erotic videos.

VoxNews brings back this story once again, which is similar or not at all to the 'Gjici' scandal, where the girl named Alma made a video of the former mayor of Kukës.

Event that happened in 2005

Joana Dudushi, 17 years old, admits that she is a collaborator of the State Police, putting innocent people in prison, in order to get the money afterwards.

The rare denunciation was made in "Fiks Fare", while the girl known by the name "Stela", has publicly admitted in the show that she was a "spy", but not with the aim of imprisoning those implicated, but ordinary people. .

She says that she has done two jobs, a waitress in some bars as well as a spy in the Vlora Police, where from the second job she has brought a lot of income to the police inspectors. Joana Dudushi, 17 years old.

The "spy" girl said she also knew the officers' internal codes. She declared in front of the camera that Genti Dervishi has the code 54, which was confirmed by the head of Anti-trafficking himself, while his agent, Marjoli, has 54.12.

Stella's confession

"My story started from immaturity. I liked miniskirts, discos, but my family didn't let me. One day, when I had just finished the eighth grade, my uncle slapped me, after seeing me dressed extravagantly, in a miniskirt."

According to her, after her uncle had shot her, Alket Tafo, a police officer in the Vlora Police Department, passed in front of her house. The girl says that he asked her why she was crying, while Joana replied that her uncle had shot her.

 After that, the officer had recommended him to go inside, make some visible marks on his body and go to the police and report his uncle's actions. "After the officer's recommendation, I went home and hit my face with a ring and all over my body," says the girl. He received 129 in the room and made the denunciation. He went to the police station and in front of the police officer Alket Bello, made the report, while the chief Marjan Hasani orders the coroner to try to enlarge the beating. The latter changed from an injury to a minor injury.

What did the police say?

Genti Dervishi, the head of Antitraffic in Vlorë, stated that the girl was never part of the police, nor a spy.

He said that she was accompanied as a prostitute together with her friend, Marsela Tufa. Joana's activity is also known to her grandmother.

In front of the cameras, she showed that Alketi, along with several other police officers, had promised Joana that they would take her to the Police Academy in Tirana. "They put him in to trap people," said the grandmother.

Derlin Dervishaj has claimed that he killed Jonana with a knife, after annoying messages and threats from the latter.

 "Around 2 o'clock in the morning, I received a message from Joana, where she insulted me and my girlfriend.

I couldn't keep calm anymore. I told my girlfriend that I would fix this matter once and for all and I started towards the cabin, although she tried to stop me", - Derlin Dervishaj confessed to the police.

He had met Joanna at the cabin on the old beach, where he had asked her to leave him alone.

"In the alley where I killed her, I told her to leave me alone, but she waved the letter at me, telling me that she would denounce me. I can't contain myself. I took out the knife I always carried with me and stabbed him several times. I don't remember how much", the accused confessed.

Afterwards, he added that he walked on the sand along the coast, stuck the knife hard in the fall, until it was no longer visible.

"I ran home, where I washed and tried to calm down, but in the morning a policeman came and asked for me. I immediately understood that everything would be revealed", concluded the accused for the murder of Joana Dudushi.

The love story

"I had an intimate relationship with Joana. I met him only in November and our relationship lasted 6 months. Our history was normal, we were separated as people, but from that moment my stress started", added Derlin Dervishaj. After the separation from Joana, the 20-year-old met another girl, with whom he connected for serious purposes. 

"Joana did not leave me comfortable. He often wrote me messages and called me, threatening me. I was accused by her of being the father of her son, Helion, who was about 1 year old. I insisted on the opposite, as there was no possibility that it was true, but she asked me for money for the child", Derlini is said to have said.

This situation has lasted for months, until the last few days, Joana used a letter that her ex-boyfriend had written. "Get rid of me because I will destroy you, together with the child", I wrote to her and she put this letter in front of me, saying that she would denounce me", the 20-year-old added, asserting that another reason was even insults with the most banal words.
