Dorian Kasa turns out to be the young man who put a knife to the throat of a Traffic Police officer in Tirana, while the latter was managing traffic in the area known as Kamza's Turn in the capital, at the roundabout in front of a private hospital.

Footage published on social media shows the moment when Officer Loren Rama is suddenly attacked by Dorian Kasa and after fighting for a few seconds, they collapse in the middle of the road. 

"For a moment I didn't understand who this person was because I didn't know him. When I saw him put the knife to my neck, I reacted immediately and grabbed him with both hands," the officer explained, while the investigation team is working to clarify this incident and is expected to provide more details in the future.

The State Police announced that the serious incident occurred around 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning, when Dorian Kasa approached Officer Loren Rama, attempted to take his service weapon and put a knife to his throat.
