Former minister Arben Ahmetaj has reacted after SPAK again took him as a defendant for abuse of office for the privatization of the former Buka factory in Tirana.

On the run, the former minister says that there is an organized political-media segment financed by incinerators, with tentacles in justice, who try to make me the "black sheep", beyond the real black head of the flock.

Ahmetaj's reaction:

Regarding the news that is circulating, I don't know how true it is, but I wouldn't be surprised at all in the wake of the organized persecution for almost a year and a half and more.

The latest facts published by the media have proven what I have said, that there is an organized political-media segment financed by incinerators, with tentacles in justice, who try to build a "black sheep" in me, beyond the real head black of the flock.

If the news is true, then this would be the biggest legal controversy. I kindly challenge you from the media to take the file and "expose" it in detail.

What is the essence of that file?

The former owners of one of that company's assets have disputed the independent valuation of the company's shares. Independent appraisers, based on the law, made the appraisal, which did not satisfy the former owners of one of the company's assets. If what the former owners wanted was realized, the state's shares would be reduced several times. So basically, by applying the law, the state's shares have been protected.

Nothing surprises me anymore. From the "facts" fabricated by the incinerators that I spent so and so in this and that casino, or where I know, to the family and inquisitorial persecution that is done to me. I don't know if what has come out as news is true, but I challenge you again: take the file, read it, find if there is a single document in violation of the law; don't fall into the trap of the "real head" of absurd and extremely dangerous theater. And after you have read and analyzed it, come to a conclusion about what is really happening today with justice and tell the public, not for my sake, but for theirs, that better late than never.

Imagine for a second if the opposite had happened: the state shares had been reduced several times (automatically the value received in the state budget)???

The "real black head" has succeeded...temporarily.

I don't believe that the political momentum of SPAK has escaped the public eye. Exemplary old-style stalking, loaded with rumored personal hatred and political-justice tables, beyond the facts, has crossed the imaginations of horror movies.

The political-legal attack seems to me to have turned into a legal-statistical sport without quality.
