"7 billion old lek damage", SPAK takes Ahmetaj as a defendant again,

SPAK again accuses the former minister Arben Ahmetaj in connection with the privatization of  the former bread factory , now the " Emerald " complex on 5 Maji street in Tirana, causing a loss of 7 billion old lek to the state.

Arben Ahmetaj was charged with the criminal offenses of "money laundering" and "abuse of duty". The investigation is continuing for 7 other people, representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the businessman,  Lirim Fezollari .  

Lirim Fezollari, owner of the shopping center ' Emerald Center ' and the entertainment center ' L'attitude '. Ahmetaj, at the time when the privatization was carried out, was the Minister of Finance.

The case is being investigated by prosecutor Elvin Gokaj, who took him as a defendant 10 days ago. The lawyer of the ex-minister, who is already on the run, is familiar with the accusation.
