A conflict for weak motives between a 30-year-old man and a 17-year-old teenager led to the injury of the latter this Saturday in Durrës. Official police sources inform that the incident happened during the afternoon hours in neighborhood no. 13, outside the premises of a pizzeria.

The 17-year-old who was injured was taken to the hospital and is under the care of doctors, out of danger for life. Meanwhile, the police arrested the suspected author of the incident and says that they are working to clarify the full circumstances of this injury.

"This afternoon, in neighborhood no. 13, it is suspected that due to a conflict for weak motives, between the BM citizen, 30 years old, and a 17-year-old, outside a pizzeria, the BM citizen injured the 17-year-old, with a cutting tool (knife). who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors and is out of danger for life. Immediately after the notification, the services of the Plazh Police Station arrived at the scene, caught the BM citizen and escorted him to the premises of the Police Station, for further procedural actions. The procedural materials will be handed over to the Durres Prosecutor's Office, for further investigations",  announced the Durres police.
