A massive fight happened this Sunday in the area of ​​Cape Rodoni, in Durrës. Four residents of Shetaj village and four representatives of the Catholic Church were involved in it.

According to the police, the cause of the incident was a property claimed by both parties.

"In the area of ​​Cape Rodoni, some residents of the village of Shetaj, specifically citizens BK, ER, YR and OR, clashed with strong objects, with representatives of the Catholic Church, citizens NS, MF, ML and PD. From the first investigative actions, it turned out that the conflict started during the time when the representatives of the Catholic Church were surrounding the property for which they have a certificate of ownership. The residents of the area have not allowed them to make this siege as they also have a property certificate, which they claim they have for this property".

The conflict degenerated into the use of hard objects, while the police also found a shell at the scene. Some of the people involved in the fight ended up in the hospital and after receiving treatment, they were all taken to the police station.

"The conflict between these citizens has worsened with the use of hard objects, after the conflict with fists. 1 firearm cartridge was also found at the scene. As a result of the conflict with strong objects, some of the citizens involved in the conflict suffered minor injuries, who, after receiving medical help, accompanied the other citizens involved in the conflict, in order to carry out actions to clarify the circumstances. of the event.
