Former socialist mayor of Divjaka is being sued by SPAK for abuse of office

Another former socialist mayor is being charged by SPAK. Fredi Kokoneshi, who headed Divjaka, is accused of abuse of office committed in collaboration with several other people. 

The file investigated by prosecutor Elvin Gokaj has been sent to the Special Court, where the draw for the appointment of the judge for the preliminary hearing is awaited.

Alongside former mayor Kokoneshi, Andi Bullari, Ledio Xharo and Dorian Spaho were also charged.

Criminal proceedings have been registered for abuse of office committed in collaboration.

According to SPAK data and investigations, Municipality officials committed illegal actions during the leasing procedure of several properties that were used for solar plants with a 10-year term of use, while they were registered as agricultural land in the ASHK.
