Engineer Azmer Dulevich has denounced a new method used by builders to deceive their buyers.
He brought the example of a citizen from Vlora, who 6 years ago had bought an apartment, when the construction was still in its early stages. Today, after 6 years, that building is still not finished.
Found in this situation, the citizen sought explanations from the builder, who in turn "gave him the perfect (deceptive) solution."
Initially, the builder suggested that he go to court if he is dissatisfied. He also said he is ready to return the money he gave him and take the apartment. According to the engineer, this is where the whole problem lies. At the time when the citizen bought the property, the price of that property was 700 euros per square meter. While today in Vlora the price of that apartment is 1500 euros per square meter.
"This is a method that these gentlemen use to tire you out, it is a mechanism, do not fall prey to these pressures, but follow every possible legal path or wait because one day that construction will be finished," the engineer appeals.
