MP Flamur Noka caused an incident in Shirgjan, Elbasan.

According to the protocol signed by the voting commission, Noka appeared near the center in the voting room at 16:46 causing pressure and debate with high tones, shouting and intimidating the members of the commission and observers.

During the debate, Noka was also physically conflicted, which forced the arrival of the police.

"On 14.05.2023, around 17:00, the Police was informed that in the Voting Centers of the villages of Kuqan and Shirgjan, the political leader of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje", the FN MP entered the VC of the village of Kuqan and insulted commissioners, while at the voting center in Shirgjan he tried to push the boxes and left. Police intervention was not requested by the commissioners.

Regarding the notification received, the Prosecutor was immediately notified.

On the part of the Police, at the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, the verification and procedural actions regarding both cases are continuing" , the police announced.
