An incident was recorded in the voting center in Krujë, where a 44-year-old man took two ballot papers in the center of KZAZ No. 2, tore them and threw them in the trash can. After the police was notified by the commission, it became possible to catch the author.

The citizen with the initials BT, a resident of Tapiza, was arrested by the blue uniforms and accused of "deliberate damage to election material".

Police notification:

Around 13:50, Voting Center Commission 1285/2, KZAZ No. 20, Krujë, has asked for help from the State Police, as the citizen BT had received 2 ballots from the Voting Center and left. The Police Services immediately organized the work and as a result they caught and escorted the BT citizen to the Police Station, who, after taking with him 2 ballots (his and his mother's), left the Voting Center, damaged the ballots of voting and threw them in the trash can.

At the end of the actions carried out at the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, the citizen BT, 44 years old, resident of Tapiza, was arrested in the act, for the criminal offense "Deliberate damage to election material". The police have seized the 2 ballots that this citizen received from the Voting Center. In the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigative actions are continuing for the full clarification of the circumstances of this case.
