Handcuffed, VIDEO of Vilson Pepe's arrest in the Dominican Republic emerges

Police in the Dominican Republic have published the moment of the arrest of Albanian citizen Vilson Pepa.

The video shows the much-wanted SPAK suspect, Pepa, handcuffed and wearing a helmet, as he is escorted to the police car.


Vilson Pepa is a well-known name in Albanian justice. He is considered a member of the drug trafficking criminal group led by Ervis Çela and Franc Çapja.

Vilson Pepa is wanted by SPAK in connection with a shipment of 11 tons of cocaine, part of which was seized in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in November 2020.

According to preliminary data, Pepa was detained the day before in Santo Domingo and had Albanian and Italian documents with him.

Sources also add that 5 encrypted devices and cash were also found on him.
