Voltan Shulku, Arian Manellari and Leonidha Guçe are reported to have been present when the incident occurred and did not report the crime, preventing the truth from coming to light.
The three defendants, who were present at the scene, were released by the Korça Court on August 13, which imposed the security measure "compulsory appearance" on them.
But, the black squads changed the measure against them on (October 12) from " Compulsory reporting to the Judicial Police" to "Arrest in prison" , for the criminal offense of "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth ".
