Ilir Paja

Ilir Paja , a notorious exponent of crimes in Italy, known by the nickname ' Ufo ' and sentenced to 25 years in prison, after being accused of several serious criminal offenses by the Italian courts, opposes the arrest.

His lawyer, Idajet Beqiri, emphasizes that the client has served his sentence once in the neighboring country and, according to him, there are also criminal facts. Beqiri said that Paja cannot be punished twice for the same charges.

"The dowry has repaid the Italian sentence, the criminal facts are the same. He cannot be punished twice for the same criminal facts", said Beqiri.

According to Beqir, the court claims that the facts are not the same, but similar. Based on these claims, judge Taulant Banushi asked for time to familiarize himself with the file, while he will announce the decision on November 3.
