Madjel Husa, the 47-year-old who was arrested after throwing the lifeless body of his friend Elton Tahiri, who died of a drug overdose, into the stream, has been convicted of stalking.

He was sentenced in February 2018 to 2 years in prison by the Court for this charge. Madjel Husa stated that he was being held in prison because the family of the girl, who was 20 years younger than him, opposed their love story because of the age difference.

Madjeli was arrested after the denunciation of his ex-partner, who accused him of threatening her for several months. During the session, the 47-year-old said that during the first arrest, because his girlfriend had also met him in prison, the court had changed his sentence to house arrest.

According to him, the story between them had continued even during house arrest, but they had fights due to jealousy. Madjel Husa declared in court at that time that jealousy between partners is not a criminal offense.

" She was super jealous, she used to take me so that I wouldn't have the opportunity to sit with my colleagues ", declared Madjel Husa.
