'Your pregnant wife is dead'/ the Albanian receives the sad news in court and 'bursts' into tears (Photo)

The young Albanian, who a few days ago collided with a car in the USA and as a result his pregnant wife passed away, learned the bitter news in court. It was his lawyer, who communicated to him shortly before the court session.

" No one told him that his fiancee and unborn child were dead, " Nikezic's attorney, Mark Fonte, told The Post outside court.

"He found out a few minutes ago, just before he went to the courtroom. When I told him, he burst into tears. He didn't believe it at first", said the lawyer.

Adem Nikeziq, 30, appeared in court in a wheelchair, bandaged and in a hospital gown. He is charged with manslaughter and drunken driving.

The serious accident happened on Saturday, when the car the couple was traveling in lost control and collided with the protective barriers and a pillar.

As a result, Adriana Sylmetaj, 23 years old, lost her life, while her husband was injured. American media reports that the 23-year-old's sister, who is a police officer, was also in the car.
