The Special Court has postponed the hearing against Laert Haxhiu, for the murder of Zamir Latif and Jurgen Hoxha, which happened in 2017.

Laert Haxhiu, who is currently in a cell in the Greek state, has refused to learn about the ongoing session, refusing contact with representatives of the Albanian embassy.

Meanwhile, lawyer Detar Hysi has refused to continue the defense with the claim that he was chosen by Haxhiu's family, while the latter already has an address and cannot defend him without his approval.

This claim has been rejected by the black squads, stressing that Haxhiu refuses to learn about the ongoing judicial process.

The next session is expected to be held on October 19 at 14:30.
