The Special Prosecutor's Office, SPAK has published the name of the first candidate for the three vacant positions in this institution.

"Following the public interest in candidates who want to become part of the Special Prosecutor's Office in SPAK, we announce that until now prosecutor Albert Kuliçi has applied", informed SPAK.

Prosecutor Albert Kuliçi started working in 2010 and has been working for years at the Vlora prosecutor's office.

In December 2019, the car he was driving was blown up with explosives.

The assassination was considered by the High Council of Prosecution as an attack due to the function.

Kuliçi held the position of deputy head of the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora, investigating some of the sensational events in the coastal city.
