The GJKKO has rejected the request of former Elbasan judge, Pajtime Fetahu, to change the security measure.
Fetah claimed in the request that the power of detention be declared lost, but after reviewing the facts, Judge Erjon Çela decided to dismiss his former colleague's claims and leave her in prison.
Fetahu has been held in the women's prison in Pogradec since November 2024, under an arrest warrant issued by SPAK, regarding investigations into Suel Çela and members of his group in Elbasan, whom she is accused of favoring and having communications with, revealed by wiretaps of the coded platform "SKY ECC".
Her name later surfaced again in SPAK's "Golden Bullet 2" operation on criminal groups, where over 30 arrest warrants were issued. According to SPAK, Pajtime Fetahu is suspected of receiving 11,000 euros, a gold coin, and also waiting for a mobile phone from members of the "Çopja" criminal group.
Fetahu was known by the group of brothers Franc and Hajdar Çopja as "Komshija".
