A 38-year-old Latvian man is found dead in Shkodër, here is what is suspected

A 38-year-old man from Latvia was found dead today in an apartment in the city of Shkodra.

It is reported that the 38-year-old was found without signs of life by his friend, a citizen with the initials ET with a residence in Great Britain.

He was staying in an apartment in the "Gjuhadol" neighborhood of Shkodra, while it is previously suspected that he died of natural causes.

Investigations are continuing for the full disclosure of the event.
