This is the 47-year-old Arta Nazif, who was arrested by the Police Supervision Agency after investigations in cooperation with SPAK revealed that the latter was taking bribes to help the persons under investigation. 

The security measure "arrest with brug" was assigned to her. The determination of the measure was made after the Police Supervision Agency, under the direction of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), conducted investigations within the criminal proceedings of 2023, on suspicions of committing the criminal offense "Passive corruption of judges, prosecutors and other officials of justice bodies".

Meanwhile, investigations continue to identify other persons involved in this illegal activity.
