Suel Çela, also known as Marjus Lulaj, has requested the Special Court to change the security measure from prison arrest to a lighter security measure. Since May of last year, Çela was declared wanted after the testimony of justice witness Nuredin Dumani.

According to SPAK Çela ordered the murder of businessman Lulzim Masha near the artificial lake. Also in another episode, SPAK suspects that he also ordered the murder of Elton Kila.
