The people in the photo, Griselda Doksani and Ronaldo Lika , are the two AKU inspectors who allowed the export of about 8 tons of tomatoes with pesticides from Albania to Croatia.
Ronaldo Lika, 27 years old, resident of Tirana, and Griselda Dokasani, 25 years old, resident of Berat, were arrested by the police on the orders of the Berat Prosecutor's Office.
The investigations revealed that after conducting inspections at the entity that traded vegetables, the practices carried out resulted in fictitious completion, by not taking samples of the tomatoes in the warehouse and blocking them.
Also, according to the police, the inspectors received fictitious purchase invoices from the administrator as regular, thus distorting the facts regarding the products found to contain high levels of the drug.
We recall that the police also arrested the company's administrator, citizen Mariglen Qorri , 40 years old, who had produced and then exported to the Croatian state, 8 tons of tomatoes which, after the analyses carried out, had resulted in a high content of the preparation "Chlorefenapyr", and were destroyed by the Croatian authorities.
