Eid al-Fitr, Muslim Community: Prayers will be held at
Eid al-Fitr

Muslim believers will celebrate Eid al-Fitr on Sunday.

The Muslim Community of Albania has announced that all believers will gather to pray in 'Skënderbej' Square at 06:45.

Eid comes after the holy month of Ramadan. After prayers, believers exchange visits and wish each other health, prosperity, and prosperity in their families.

The Muslim Community of Albania informs all believers that Eid al-Fitr will be prayed on Sunday, 30.03.2025, at "Skënderbej Square", Tirana. The Eid al-Fitr Prayer Ceremony begins at 06:45 with Quran reading and lectures, while at 07:30 we stand in prayer. We also inform you that traditional receptions will be organized at the headquarters of the Albanian Muslim Community from 09:00 to 12:00. The Muslim Community of Albania wishes all Albanians, Happy Eid al-Fitr!

Eid al-Fitr celebrations also mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan, where family and friends gather together for prayers and to eat the Eid al-Fitr meal.

For many believers, the holy month of Ramadan is in itself a time of reflection and prayer.

Fasting, its main feature, is one of the 5 pillars of Islam and a spiritual moment for Muslims around the world to focus on self-purification, calmness, patience, and devotion to God.
