"Their children were caught in the school", how the conflict between
Cleant Musabelliu and Pellumb Gjoka

SPAK was able to discover after the analysis of the conversations in SKY and Encro, that the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka planned the murder of the former prison officer Kleant Musabelliu.

From the answers it is revealed that Musabelliu was tried to be killed. Photographs of the target were taken and all information about his entrances and exits in the alleys was given.

How the conflict between them started

In 2017, prison police officer Kleant Musabelliu was arrested for injuring businessman Pëllumb Gjoka.

According to the prosecution, on September 11, 2017, Musabelliu shot Pëllumb Gjoka several times on "Hoxha Tahsimi" street in Tirana.

But this conflict started after Musabelli's and Gjoka's children got stuck at school, and because of this conflict, the parents got involved to clarify it.

After the school had reconciled the children, the parents exchanged insults in the evening between them, which degraded to the use of a weapon, which, according to Musabelli, he did in self-defense.

Musabelliu and Gjoka had met to clarify, but in the ongoing debate they conflicted and as a result the SHKB employee shot him in the leg.
