SPAK, yesterday evening concluded the phase of arrests of some state police officials, businessmen, elements of organized crime and at the same time ended the phase of control of some apartments in Tirana, Kukës, Laç, Velipojë and Shkodër.

In total, there are 14 security measures, some of which have been executed by the police, while some have been declared wanted. The accusations are for "Murder by parmandim" carried out in the form of "Structured criminal group", "Ensuring the conditions to commit murder", "Corruption", "Abuse of duty" and "Exploitation of investigative secrets".

While many people, including Safet Bajri, Ilir Bajri, Erogen Vaso alias (Brajovic), etc., were escorted to the police premises, who after being interrogated were then released.

This is one where Safet Bajri appears with a gun in his belt in the company of some of his friends.

Also among the names that attracted the media attention of this operation, was the arrest of the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, the head of the Kukes prosecutor's office, Xhevahir Lita, and the former head of the Operational Group, Olti Bistri.

But obviously this operation also attracted attention due to the implication of the name of Ervis Martinaj, who has been missing for 1 year without a trace, and Behar Bajri, the main leader of the "Bajri" group in Shkodër.

"Ora News" has learned that a letter received by the French Justice has brought a large volume of conversations conducted through the "Sky" and "Encro" applications, which show that characters of this group such as Enver Bajri, Ervis Martinaj, Elio Hato, Pëllumb Gjoka and other people talk to each other about murders and execution plans of various names in Shkodër.

The names of Ervis Martinaj, Behar Bajrit and Edmond Preka, allegedly appear in the event that took place on August 9, 2020 in the area of ​​Vau t Deja in Shkodër, where Gjin Ndoji alias "Boriçi" was killed. The murder was committed with 4 pistol bullets, while the victim was a character who was known in Shkodër as a member of the "Bajri" group. For two and a half years, this event was without an author.

Boriçi was a relative of the Bajri group, while after SPAK's investigations it turns out that the leaders themselves executed their soldier. Gjin Boriçi is suspected as one of the perpetrators of the murder in Shkodër of Fatbardh Lici, Ibrahim's uncle.

The "Scorpion" pistol type weapon used in this murder that happened in 2018, was suspected to have been used several years ago and in another event by Gjin Boriçi.

The businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, turns out to have been arrested by SPAK on suspicion of the charge of "Providing the conditions to commit murder" in the form of a structured criminal group. It is suspected that Gjoka provided vehicles in the plan to kill Ibrahim Lici, a name unknown to the Albanian police.

Gjoka and the Lici tribe in Shkodër have a history of clashes at a distance between each other.
At the same time, the two people who control the games of chance in Albania, Pëllumb Gjoka and Ervis Martinaj, are suspected to have committed to kill the former employee of the prison police, Kleant Musabelliu.

This is because in 2017, Musabelliu, due to a quarrel over children, shot and injured Pëllumb Gjoka in the "New Market" area.

For this event, Musabelliu was sentenced by the Tirana court, but apparently Pëllumb Gjoka still had no anger.

Another well-known name in the world of crime that is wanted by SPAK is Asmer Bilali, who is suspected of the attempted murder of Dorjan Duli, Ibrahim Lici and Genci Tafili. In the war between the gangs, Bilal's father and uncle were killed on the same day.

Genc Tafili is the brother of Admir Tafili, both arrested and convicted for the murder of Shkodra Police Director, Arben Zylyftari in 2000.

Ardit Hasanbega, the police officer in Shkodër, is suspected to have participated in the plan to kill Dorjan Duli and Ibrahim Lici. Duli was made aware of the murder plan and requested a meeting directly with Ardit Hasanbega, to whom he explained the murder plan.

Another name for which a security measure has been imposed by the Court Against Organized Crime in the file where there are officials and prosecutors, is Elion Hato, who was initially wanted for premeditated murder remaining in the attempt to harm the citizen Taulant Pepaj. this event happened in February 2021.

But during the conducted investigations, the Shkodra prosecutor's office refused to file charges against the two police suspects, Eljo Hato and Sehar Xhenjë, since according to the investigative team, the two people were not implicated in this gun attack.

As a result, the charges against them were dismissed in court. While the Shkodra court found only Shkëlzen Xhenjen guilty for the charge of "Unauthorized possession of weapons" and decided to dismiss the charge of "Treatment with a weapon".

Xhenje was initially sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in prison, but due to the shortened trial, his final sentence is 3 years and 8 months in prison.

It is suspected that Xhevahir Lita was also arrested by the Kukes prosecutor's office for this incident.
