The preliminary appeal, together with the request for suspension, was registered on October 1.

Salianji is currently in Fier Prison since September 27, after the Appeal with General Jurisdiction of Tirana upheld the decision of the first instance on September 26, for the criminal offense of "false report", in connection with the "Babale" file. .

Salianji requests the suspension of the decision, claiming that violations were committed in his quick imprisonment, without waiting for the Court's decision to be clarified and that there was no evidence in the file.
