A day after the operation for "inguinal hernia" at the "Mother Teresa" hospital in Tirana, Prime Minister Edi Rama left today (October 4) the premises where he was undergoing therapy after the surgical intervention and returned to his apartment.

It is learned that after a 24-hour medical monitoring at QSUT, Prime Minister Rama has left the hospital and out of the attention of the cameras.

After the intervention, the doctors stated that the operation had gone well, it lasted two hours and the patient's condition was stable, as he would remain under staff monitoring for 24 hours.

The intervention was carried out by the medical team, under the direction of the Chief of Surgery at QSUT, Dr. Arben Gjata.

The Prime Minister announced the surgical intervention a few days ago during the inspection of the opening of the day hospital inside the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center.
