According to the police, the citizen with the initials RR, 26 years old, resident of Elbasan, was arrested after the vehicle he was driving, while intoxicated, left the road and crashed into a side tree on "Janaq Kilica" street.

As a result of the collision, passenger Nehat Uruçi , 21 years old, a resident of Elbasan, lost his life .

Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle is out of danger and has been escorted by the police.

Traffic specialists arrested citizen RR, 26 years old, resident of Elbasan, in flagrante delicto, after this morning, on "Janaq Kilica" street, the vehicle he was driving, while intoxicated, left the road and crashed into a side tree.

As a result of the accident, the passenger in this vehicle, citizen NU, 21 years old, resident of Elbasan, lost his life, while the driver of the vehicle is out of danger.
