Journalist Elton Qyno, who covers the black chronicle sector on Ora News television from 10:00 this morning, has been taken hostage in the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office, the Syri portal reports.

He is kept within the SPAK, at the request of prosecutor Behar Dibra, sources say, regarding the claim to issue investigative documents.

He was pressured by asking for the name of the person who made the material available to him, in violation of the journalist's right defined in the Code of Criminal Procedure regarding the preservation of the source of information.

"He was told that we cannot release him without revealing his name, while they also asked for his cell phone," say sources reserved for the Eye.

Journalist Flamur Vezaj has also reacted to this issue, describing the "arrest" of journalist Elton Qyno as outrageous.

"Shame! Prosecutor Behar Dibra has been "arresting" our colleague Elton QYNO in SPAK since 11:00 am! The reason is asking him for the SOURCE OF INFORMATION about the news of Nuredin Duman's file and not only that! It's shameful how you can stop or keep a JOURNALIST for hours looking for the source of information or the phones! Don't put pressure on him because it's embarrassing! This is embarrassing and I invite my colleagues to make it NEWS that it will be your turn too!
