The murder of the 36-year-old Albanian Klodiana Vefa has shocked the whole of Italy, while the serious event was reflected in the Italian media, which revealed new details.

Clodiana was executed with a bullet to the head while returning home, in Castelfiorentino, about 30 kilometers from the city of Florence.

The main suspect is Alfred Vefa, the 44-year-old ex-husband of the Albanian, and the father of her children.

"Klaudiana was a hard worker, a wonderful woman. A few years ago she finally managed to separate from her husband, a no-good man. A violent man. We all knew," said her friend.

Klodiana's friend says that she has no doubts that the killer is her ex-husband.

"He then started a new life, he had another wife. I don't understand what prompted him to make that gesture. It was an execution, there was no escape", she commented at the end, convinced that it was her husband who killed Klodiana.

She was asked if she thinks that her ex-husband could commit murder or suicide now that he is on the run.

“Knowing him, no. He will try to escape, maybe he will return to Albania". Then thoughts turn to the couple's children: "Those children were left alone... How will they survive this trauma?", she said.
